A noble aperitif, a quality social wine for elevated company, a mellow sushi wine, a good match for quality antipasti and, of course, delicious with sea delicacies.

The vineyards of the 100-hectare estate are located in the six main areas of Franciacorta, to provide a versatile palette for premium wine. The project aims for perfection. Already the shape of the bottle shows a passion that resembles alchemy. In the magnificent Franciacorta, Chardonnay dominates with its 80% share, accompanied by Pinot Noir and Blanc. The vines are old and the production takes place with traditional bottle fermentation over a period of three years.

Producer story

"Terra Moretti is a family-owned business with three main areas of operation: construction, wines, and luxury hotels. In 1977, Vittorio Moretti built his home and vineyard on the hilltop named Bellavista, where he began producing top-quality Franciacorta, which soon gained fame. Subsequently, he established another Franciacorta estate and expanded the wine business to Tuscany.

Bellavista spans 198 hectares of vineyards covering 67 different types of soil, representing six distinct landscape types in the Franciacorta region. Their 107 vineyards are divided into 147 plots, which further form 224 micro-plots. Around 60% of their base wines ferment in stainless steel tanks (for fruitiness and acidity), while 40% age in old oak barrels (for depth and complexity). As a result, during spring when the cuvées (blends) are crafted, winemaker Mattia Vezzola has access to approximately 120 to 160 different base wines."
