The success of Pom-Pom Rosé led to the creation of a white counterpart, and now the range is completed by the red Pom-Pom, a wine that is downright seductive. Its rich aroma, alluring fruitiness, silky elegance, and juicy Alentejo character come together to create a wine that is charmingly present without ever being intrusive. The structure is provided by Portugal's pride, Touriga Nacional, while Syrah contributes juiciness and Alicante Bouschet brings fruit intensity and deep colour. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak, both in barrels and in a large oak vat known as a foudre.
