Ciconia Reserva Tinto is a dream pairing for pork ribs, red meat, pasta, and soft cheeses.

The Touriga Nacional, Syrah, and Aragonez grapes were harvested at night to ensure they remained cool for maceration. The stems were completely removed, and maceration lasted for 48 hours. Fermentation took place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 22–28°C. After fermentation, the skins remained in contact with the wine for an additional 5–10 days. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks with oak staves. The wine was then aged in 400-liter French and American oak barrels.

Casa Relvas, a Portuguese winery, aims to produce quality wines for all occasions; wines that evoke good times and represent Alentejo's gift to the world.
