Is there an enthusiastic home bartender behind the screen looking for new challenges? Haven't tried spritz drinks yet? Perfect, you soon will! Spritz Collins sounds fancy, but it's even easier to make from the famous Italian ArtSpritz, lemon juice, and simple syrup with soda water. You can easily make simple syrup by heating sugar and water in a pot for a moment. Make a bigger batch while you're at it!
ArtSpritz is a wine-based and bitter aperitif familiar from summer terraces, with flavors of orange and selected herbs and spices, each extracted separately. This aperitif has not only a gorgeous color, but also long traditions dating back through history. Read more about the original aperitivo italiano, ArtSpritz, here!
