Le Roc pairs beautifully with meat dishes such as game, beef, chicken, and hearty sausages. It is also an excellent companion to hard, mature cheeses.
Château Puybarbe Le Roc is the estate’s wine where tradition and modern winemaking come together. The grape varieties are Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec, with Merlot clearly dominating the blend. The grapes are harvested parcel by parcel, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10–12 months, adding structure, depth, and subtle spice while preserving the fruit character. The result is a balanced and classically styled Bordeaux red wine.
