Ros de Pacs is ideal by the glass. It pairs well with a variety of light bites, salads, rice dishes, pasta, and pizza.

The wines of the Origen range are young, fresh, and fruity organic wines. They are perfect for everyday enjoyment at home, with friends, and alongside tapas. The hand-harvested grapes are gently crushed and undergo a short skin contact to achieve their characteristic pale pink colour. After this initial process, the grape varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for an average of 25 days. Stopping the fermentation towards the end leaves a touch of residual sugar in the wine. Minimal intervention is applied in the cellar. The wine is suitable for vegans.

Producer story

Parés Baltà winery was established back in 1790 and remains a family-owned business to this day. Their wine production is infused with great passion, and the endearing and warm-hearted Cusiné family welcomes all wine enthusiasts to their estate, located just a short distance from Barcelona. The vineyards are situated across five villages, encompassing diverse terrains, valleys, and mountains. This allows for the cultivation of wines in both Mediterranean and continental climates, as well as in their intermediate zones. Some vineyards are nestled within nature reserves, where grapes grow almost magically undisturbed. The vineyards are located on centuries-old terraces, where wild boars, foxes, hares, and eagles are common sights.
