The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes for this wine are sourced from vineyards across Burgundy, where the climate is fresh and cool. These cool growing conditions help preserve the wine’s vibrant acidity and delicate floral aromas. The grapes are gently pressed using a pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees for 12 months. The name “Meis et Amicis” can be loosely translated as “for my people and friends.”
