Crudo Prosecco comes from sunny Veneto, from the Treviso village. Crudo Prosecco is manufactured using the tank fermentation method, the so-called Charmat method. With the method, the wine gets its bubbles in the second fermentation in a large chilled steel tank, due to the presence of sugar and pure yeast culture. The wine is further matured between 18 and 24 months before bottling.
