This recipe is based on Honeymoon, a semi-sweet, fruity white wine from Catalan producer Parés Baltà. Whip up a delightfully summery white wine sangria in no time—perfect for socializing, as an aperitif, or alongside savory snacks.
Luckily, you don't need to be too precise when making sangria. The fruit is casually chopped into different-sized pieces in the Spanish style, and the proportions of other ingredients don't need to be exact either.
The recipe below makes sangria for about 7-10 people.

75 cl Parés Baltà Honeymoon
0.5 l sparkling water
2 dl fruit juice
juice of half a lime
1 tbsp sugar
half a green apple
4 apricots
1 lime
¼ honeydew melon
Instructions:
Mix the liquids together in a pitcher or large serving bowl. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves into the mixture. Squeeze the juice from half a lime and stir. Wash the fruit and chop into suitable pieces. Add the fruit to the sangria and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Tip: You can add, reduce, or vary the fruit to taste. If you want extra kick in your sangria, you can add 2-6 cl of rum for a light burn.
Also suitable for vegans when you leave out the rum.
