Gran Mirador Reserva is a versatile food wine for meat, game, stews, cold cuts, beefy salads, pasta dishes and ripened cheeses.

Tempranillo, Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes have watched from a high slope (250 to 1,000 m) on the eastern side of Valencia to the Mediterranean Sea, which had a significant effect on their growth in addition to the rich light. The harvest was done by hand with selections in perfect maturity and the straps were removed before being gently pressed. Separate fermentation with selected yeasts first took place in very cool (10 to 12 °C) steel tanks, macerated for a long time. and at the end the temperature was allowed to rise (25 to 26 °C). After malolactic fermentation, the wines were mixed and the batch matured for at least a year in American oak casks.
