This wine can withstand the spices of oriental cuisine, pairs well with mild cheeses, for white meat, oysters, mussels, squid or a wide variety of salads. A valid aperitif, also a great social wine.

Crudo Catarratto-Zibibbo comes from sunny Sicily, where the grapes receive a lot of heat and the wine becomes richly fruity. Muscat Alexandria is named Zibibboks in Sicily, where the wine gets its rich aroma. Catarratto is an indigenous vine of Sicily, which gives the wine its acidity and texture. After harvesting, these two varieties ferment in chilled steel tanks at a very low temperature of 14 to 16 °C. This wine has won many awards.
