This Verdejo works well as an aperitif and also as a sociable, easy-drinking wine. It pairs particularly well with seafood, fish, paella, vegetable gratins, and soft cheeses.
This unique Verdejo is made from carefully selected grapes grown in the heart of La Mancha, the largest vineyard region in the world. A short cold maceration and skin contact before fermentation give the wine structure and character. Only the heart of the grape must is used for fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature of 16 °C. Fermenting at a cool temperature preserves the wine’s fruitiness and floral aromas. The character of this wine is defined by this careful selection, making Verdejo the star — aromatic, structured, and enjoyable.
