Why settle for one when you can have both! Cola Made in Heaven is incredibly easy to make, and it's a real surprise. Would you have guessed that red wine and Coke taste like this together? Who comes up with these things?
Red wine cola got its start when restaurant professionals wanted to try an alternative to white wine and Sprite. A crazy idea turned into an interesting combo: red wine and Coca-Cola. And it worked!

Cola Made in Heaven
Red wine, e.g., Ironstone Old Vine Zinfandel
Coca-Cola (or Pepsi, for example)
Ice
Pour 8 or 12 cl of red wine into a glass and top with cola. Add a bit of ice, and your Coca-Cola cocktail is ready! If you like, you can garnish the drink with a lemon wedge.
