A refreshing lime sparkling wine cocktail, world champion style

Sunbeams warm balconies and yards as if inviting you to enjoy a beautiful day. Would now be the perfect moment to open a bottle of good rosé sparkling wine? If you want to make it even more summery and refreshing, you're in the right place: try cocktail world champion Greta Grönholm's lime sparkling wine cocktail!

Grönholm, true to her title, has created the world's best cocktail and built a long career in the restaurant industry. She's a cocktail designer and entrepreneur, and serves as chair of the Finnish Bartenders and Supporters Club FBSK. Below you'll find Grönholm's drink called My Tosti Berry Rose. This lovely drink features refreshing lime and sweet raspberries.

For this cocktail you'll need Tosti Prosecco Rose plus just a few raspberries, lime slices, and lime cordial (freshly squeezed lime juice also works). Lime cordial contains a bit of sugar, so it nicely balances the tartness. Chill the drink to the perfect serving temperature with ice cubes, and garnish with flowers if you like. Enjoy!

My Tosti Berry Rose

8 cl Tosti Prosecco Rose

3 cl lime cordial

3 lime slices

4–5 raspberries

flowers

ice

Build the drink directly in the glass over ice. Add the ice first, then the raspberries, next the three lime slices, then the lime cordial (or freshly squeezed lime juice), and finally the rosé sparkling wine. If you like, you can add a splash of raspberry liqueur at the end.

Stir with a bar spoon or long-handled teaspoon (a regular spoon works too if needed). Garnish with flowers if you like. Done!

"Raspberry adds a bit of sweetness and lime brings freshness. If you want a low alcohol version, then raspberry cider." -Greta Grönholm
