Honeymoon is the child of the most aromatic Parellada grapes in Parés Baltà. They grow in the highest hills of Penedes. The cool microclimate of the vineyard slows down the formation of aromas until the very end of the growing season and Parés Baltà has the patience to wait, in order to transfer the full intensity to the wine glass. Fermentation takes place in refrigerated steel tanks to preserve fruitines. The honeymoon in the name of the wine evokes the family history of Cusiné, the parents of the current directors spent their honeymoon in Finland and fell in love with the country.
