There are probably as many Rocky Road recipes as there are bakers. We at Viikon Viini got excited about creating our own version. We noticed that our sparkling wine Tosti Butterfly pairs beautifully with chocolate, cookies, marshmallows, popcorn, and nuts. And when you mix them together, you get a treat that's perfect for this bubbly – white chocolate Rocky Road!
The recipe below makes Rocky Road for about 12-16 people.

White Chocolate Rocky Road
500 g white chocolate
25 g plain cookies
60 g mini marshmallows
30 g ready-made popcorn
40 g peanuts
Instructions:
- Chop the white chocolate into suitable pieces and melt in a double boiler.
- Prepare the popcorn.
- Chop the peanuts into small pieces.
- Break the cookies and popcorn into the white chocolate by hand.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Let the mixture set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
- Cut into pieces and serve!
