Organic wine is increasingly in demand also regarding champagne and many champagne producers have been working in this direction for a long time. It has been a long path to walk from the 1970’s,when crushed municipal waste was spread out in the Champagne vineyards. No one would even think of such a thing anymore, but fragments of glass and plastic remind us of it from time to time when walking in the vineyards. Going organic is a long journey – certified organic grapes are only available to a limited extent and are often not included in the selections of large producers. Cellar Master Guillaume Roffiaen handles an extensive palette skillfully, systematically elevating the quality of the products. In January 2020, La Revue de Vin de France named Feuillatte the winemaking team of the year. The house offers a broad and multi-tiered range of champagnes.
