A great meat wine from dark game to light game birds. Fillet and loin are tasty options for this quality wine. Excellent cheese wine, e.g., with a mature Taleggio. The pickiest also enjoy Le Corti with carefully prepared pasta.
Since 2015, wines from the Le Corti vineyard are certified organic. Le Corti Chianti Classico also suits vegans. The grapes are Sangiovese 95% and Canaiolo and Colourino 5%. The wine has been matured for twelve months in cement tanks and a part of it in large oak casks. The word classico says that the wine comes from the core area of Chianti and the black rooster on the back label,Gallo Nero,says the producer’s choices are even stricter than the authorities,from which the highest DOCG status has been obtained.

Principe Corsini produces wine in Tuscany's Chianti Classico and on the Maremma coast. The Le Corti estate in Chianti Classico covers a total of 256 hectares, with 49 hectares dedicated to vineyards. Principe Corsini's other massive estate, Tenuta Marsiliana in Maremma, spans 2850 hectares, yet only 30 hectares are vineyards. Principe Corsini's guiding principle is to create classical wines that are of high quality and excellence. Their vineyards do not contain French varieties. They also boast excellent olive oil, hospitality, and offer cooking courses in Italian cuisine that perfectly complement the picture.
