Lemon Spritz is a wonderfully zesty and refreshing drink as an alternative to the traditional spritzer. The fresh lemon of Limoncello and fruity prosecco elevate this drink to a whole new level. Lemon Spritz
4 cl Limoncello
4 cl prosecco, for example Tosti Prosecco Extra Dry
8 cl sparkling water
Lemon wedges
Ice
Pour the limoncello into a large wine glass and add lemon wedges as garnish. Fill the glass with prosecco, sparkling water, and ice. Garnish with lemon wedges or, as shown in the picture, with lemon peel.
