3 slices of lemon
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
1 cl lime juice
6 leaves of your choice of herb: lemon balm or citrus basil
8 cl Wolfberger W2 white wine
ginger beer

Instructions: Slice the lemon and remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
Add ice to a tall glass, along with the lemon slices, pomegranate seeds, herbs, lime juice, 8 cl Wolfberger W2 white wine, and fill the glass with ginger beer.
