This enjoyable wine tastes good on its own or as a social wine, but also pairs well with a huge variety of dishes. Perhaps best served fish and shellfish dishes, as well as Asian dishes.

The name of this wine, (W)2 refers to the two classical wine grape varieties in the Alsace region, of which it is made. Riesling gives the wine elegant freshness and crisp notes, Pinot Gris, on the other hand, brings generosity and richness. The combination is superbly successful.

Dry, acidic, ripe notes of citrus, peachy, green pear, mildly floral, mineral notes.
