Herb Punch

You'll need a bottle of Wolfberger W2 white wine, 20–30 herb leaves to your taste (lemon balm, Thai basil, lemon basil, or basil), two sliced lemons, the juice of one grapefruit, the flesh of one passion fruit, one liter of pear-flavored carbonated drink, and a large ice block to keep the drink cold.

1 bottle Wolfberger W2 white wine

20/30 herb leaves to taste: lemon balm, Thai basil, lemon basil, basil

2 lemons, sliced

1 grapefruit, freshly squeezed juice

1 passion fruit, flesh

1 l pear-flavored carbonated drink

large ice block

Instructions: Slice the lemon, squeeze the juice from the grapefruit, and chop the passion fruit flesh. Add all ingredients to a punch bowl and stir thoroughly. The punch is now ready to enjoy!
