Blue Cheese Chicken and New Potatoes
- New potatoes
- Spring onion greens
- Salt
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1/2 package blue cheese
- approx. 2 dl plant-based cream
- Parsley
- Ready-made dry seasoning for chicken: for example, Rub Classic American
- Lactose-free butter for frying
- To pair with Pierrevignes – Côtes du Rhône red wine

Preparation:
Slice the new potatoes and fry them in a pan with butter. When the potatoes start to brown, add chopped green spring onion greens and a pinch of salt. Stir them in the pan. Transfer the potatoes to a pot, add butter, and continue cooking at a lower temperature near the open fire for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally and watch to make sure the potatoes don't burn.
Season both chicken fillets with the spice mix on both sides. Fry the chicken fillets in a pan with butter for about 4 minutes per side. Add half a package of blue cheese and oat cream to the pan. Continue cooking for a few more minutes and let the sauce thicken.

Campfire Banana with a Twist
- 2 bananas
- 5 pieces of 70% dark chocolate
- Cranberry-nut mix
- (Foil)
- To enjoy alongside Pierrevignes – Côtes du Rhône red wine
Preparation:
Make a deep cut in the banana with a knife and tuck the chocolate pieces, cranberries, and nuts into the cut. Be careful not to split the banana in half. Wrap the filled bananas in foil. Place the foil packets in the open fire or hot embers. Cook the bananas until the chocolate is completely melted. Finally, add a few more crushed pieces of chocolate on top of the bananas.
