Wine is made with great passion, and the lovably charming Cusin\u00e9 family warmly welcomes all wine lovers to their estate, located just a short distance from Barcelona. The vineyards are spread across five villages in varied terrain, from valleys to mountains, allowing grapes to be grown in Mediterranean and continental climates, as well as transitional zones between them. Some of the vineyards are located in the heart of nature reserves, where the grapes grow in an almost magical peace. Vineyards sit on centuries-old terraces, where wild boars, foxes, hares, and golden eagles are a common sight.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par\u00e9s Balt\u00e0 cultivates fourteen different grape varieties. Environmental friendliness is at the core of everything they do, and all of Par\u00e9s Balt\u00e0&#8217;s production has been Demeter-certified organic since 2012. Biodynamic farming is based on biodiversity and astronomy, honoring the cosmos&#8217;s role throughout the entire process. Par\u00e9s Balt\u00e0 Cava Brut b is a versatile cava for tapas, fish and shellfish dishes, and blinis. It&#8217;s also a wonderful toasting wine and social wine.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of Finland&#8217;s most popular organic sparkling wines, Brut &#8216;b&#8217;, was born a winner. It&#8217;s made using the traditional bottle fermentation method from the classic cava grapes Parellada, Macabeo, and Xarel\u00b7lo. Parellada dominates this blend at 62 percent of the wine. It comes from the highest mountains of Pened\u00e8s, giving the wine floral freshness thanks to the unique microclimate of the growing site. Macabeo makes up 24 percent of the wine, bringing fruitiness. The remaining 14 percent is Xarel\u00b7lo, which adds body.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This wine is characterized by the nuance and harmony of organic wine. The wine pairs well with fish and shrimp, tapas, mild goat cheeses, and dark chocolate. Par\u00e9s Balta Cava Pink is made using the traditional bottle fermentation method typical of cava. The wine has been allowed to develop on the lees in the bottle for 18 months. This delicate and elegant cava has soft bubbles and is dominated by a touch of red berries, which brings versatility to the wine.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cava Pink is an organic cava modernized with Garnatxa, also suitable for vegans. Traditional cava gets a new twist when its aroma reveals summer strawberries and raspberries. Extended cellaring adds a pleasant toastiness to the bouquet.
